General Manager - Product Strategy - Real Estate

- Drive short and long term product strategy for a specified Region/Market

- Identify opportunities based on market condition and optimise use of land banks

Client Details :

- Client is a leading Indian Real Estate Organization, having presence across different asset classes

Description :

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible to :

- Identify development potential in the specified region, backed up by thorough study of Supply and Demand

- Draw insights from market research into project design, planning and pricing and identify key differentiators for the company and product in the region

- Finalize the product mix, planning and project strategy in coordination with other departments

- Conduct sensitivity analysis with respect to various input parameters

- Identify trends and conduct Risk Management studies across projects to take pre-emptive corrective actions

- Be the coordination point for all departments/agencies to ensure costs/time-lines are within committed parameters

Profile :

The candidate should have :

- Relevant experience of 10-15 years

- Proven track record in Project Management

- Strong financial / analytical acumen and knowledge of Architecture and Design

- Exposure to market research tools
