Job Description :
- Supplies Business P&L ownership, responsible for meeting Revenue, Gross Margin, Market share and Sales growth targets.
- Identify new customers, potential growth areas and new product opportunities,Understand customer needs and product gaps. Formulate product strategies and go to market strategies to grow sales.
- Industry and Competition analysis, Trend spotting, Marketing research.
- Business Planning, Forecasting, SKU level planning and inventory management.
- Creating awareness and communication for original cartridges
- Build and manage relationships with key customers, distributors and partners.
- Develop channel programs.
- Collaborate with commercial, supplies and consumer sales teams to drive Supplies business quota achievement.
- Work closely with regional sales teams to design region specific 4P strategy and align on business objectives.
- Regular update to country top management team and APJ team on business performance.
- Lead, motivate and coach a team of managers. Enable career development and growth of direct reports.
