General Manager - Procurement/Vendor & Supply Management - Construction Industry

Roles and responsibilities :

- Head the complete supply chain and vendor management

- Create and monitor SCM layers for best output

- Keep vendor on-boarding above level to ensure fulfillment

- Must ensure resource planning, utilization and optimisation practice of the team

- Category development and increasing product pool

- Create brand association and partnership with the best players in the industry

- Create and work on product and offerings with the teams help

- Lead PAN India SCM & vendor team and create objective KRAs

Requirements:

- Experience of 6-10 years, from Tier 1 college (preferably IITs)

- Worked in interiors, renovations and construction industries

- Has lead worked in SCM, fulfillment and vendor management

- Team management of 20+
