General Manager - Procurement - To lead procurement of Site Indirect Materials and Services including Facilities, Capital, MRO and Utilities. Drive key procurement KPIs for these categories Including Assurance Of Supply, Quality, Cost and Innovation from the supply base. Lead a team of buyers with a focus on people development. Stakeholder Partnership for delivering business results. Procurement Management : - Lead indirect Procurement across sites. Key spend Categories : Capital, Facilities, MRO and Utilities. - Create Sourcing Strategies across spend areas and categories basis prevailing supply market conditions and inputs from the business. Get the endorsement of relevant stakeholders on this and implement accordingly. - Identify initiatives and implement to drive cost down with a focus on Total Cost of Ownership. - Develop and manage the supply base to meet requirements: assurance of supply, quality, regulatory, service, cost, and innovation to control costs in a fast-moving environment. - Create long term supplier relationships with strategic suppliers. - Adapt and respond to regularly changing business requirements and Market Conditions. - Represent Indirect Procurement in procurement leadership team Risk Management and Compliance : - Identify Risks related to supply Market and highlight proactively. - Create a mitigation plan to ensure no adverse business impact. - Ensure Compliance to polices and SOPs Team : - Responsible to select, train, supervise, develop and evaluate procurement buyers working in Indirect Procurement Space. - Coach, mentor and support team members to maximize team and individual performance. Education : Graduate in relevant domain and/ or MBA Experience : 12 year's relevant experience in procurement with a focus on Indirect Spend.
