GM Process Brief JR of the position : - The Process head is responsible for driving efficiency of the plant and increase production by driving efficiency in each section. The process head needs to meet the production targets and also reduce cost of production through efficiency building. Technical Skills Required : - Should have held the position of HOD for 2-3 Years at least Experience requirement : 18-20 years - Should have through knowledge of Process / Chemical Engineering of Cement plants. - Should have the knowledge of Ball Mills and other details like Grinding Media Management/ Production efficiencies/ reducing cost of Energy etc - Manpower Management and Skill Development - Managerial/ Other Skill Required Strong Team Player and Team Leader - Excellent Administrative Capabilities - to manage with discipline and processes - Data Oriented / Well versed in excel and computer systems - Target Driven to achieve production requirements of the company - Leadership skills/ Management Skills
