Strategic

- Conceptualize effective GTM pricing strategy for new activations in conjunction with marketing heads & brand managers

- Lead the innovation & launch agenda across brands and segments

- Devising, implementing and tracking of annual operating plan

- Define, establish and implement pricing related policies and other associated guidelines

Financial

- Pricing and Cash flow management for all projects to achieve NPV targets

- Maintain gradual appreciation with objective of effective return on investment to the customers

- Formulation and controlling of Discounts, Brokerage and Promotional Benefits

Process Control and Review Mechanism

- Continuously monitor, audit and analyse price activity to assure systematic risks are identified and corrected, and pricing components/tables are properly maintained for approved pricing changes

- Coordinate Price Committee meetings and maintain a comprehensive agenda for outstanding requests that follow and demonstrate the overall pricing

- Distribute pricing information, ensuring the process is critically reviewed and complete, accurate documentation is available

- Create, analyze and follow up on reports which identify data accuracy, ensuring issues are solved in a timely manner using existing tools or developing new ones

- Effectively liaison with Prop Equity, internal teams & competition for procuring and securing the key competition, micro-market related pricing components and levers

- Build and maintain periodic reports which serve as a ready reckoner with brand managers

- Continuously offer insight and advice on how to improve pricing and pricing communication and processes in order to enhance service to the brands and drive efficiencies

- Communicate and share information with candor that builds trust in senior management

- Develop and maintain open communication with costing departments (MIS/Construction) and subsidiaries

- Establish flow of pricing information into marketing system and out to key stakeholders in the company
