General Manager - Pricing & Business Finance - BPO

To qualify for the role, you must have

- 8+ years of working in a complex managed services environment.

- 2+ years in a MS commercial finance role, within the Professional Services domain.

- Collaboration skills; working effectively with groups across the worlds and all levels in organisation.

- Initiative, resourcefulness, creativity.

- High level of flexibility, drive and ability to work under pressure.

- Strong organization skills, with capability to work independently to plan, structure, and execute workstream activities.

- Expert capabilities in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field required - Business, Computer Science, Engineering

Must have

a) Working with a BPO company ( preferably similar to Sagility) with healthy experience on pricing for Call center voice and Backoffice

b) Experience of Pricing for India, US, Phil Delivery and preferably Jamaica, Colombia

c) 8-12 years BPO pricing leadership exp

d) Have managed a team ( even a small team of 2-5 heads is fine)

e) Confident and reasonably good communication

f) Strong analytical and modelling skills

h) Open to 1-10/2-11 PM work window

Preferred

a) Qualification - MBA or CA

b) Healthcare BPO experience

c) Location - preferred Bangalore,
