One of our leading client into beverage manufacturing looking for an excellent leader, possessing very good experience plastic waste, he should have the knowledge of the current affairs related to the EPR (Extended Producer responsibility), Legal Requirement as per Environment, Health &amp; Safety. Level of the position - GM This position will reports to MD. Note: He should be on corporate role, should have good exposure to plastic waste management and recycling. Role: Their primary responsibility is to handle the EPR (Extended Producer responsibility) model/plan, end to end implementation of plan for plastics collection to disposal and further recycling initiatives. Responsibility: - Preparation, monitoring and implementation of Policy Compliance Management: - Fulfilling the statutory requirements pertaining to environment - Review of consent conditions - Review EPR compliance as part of Plastic Waste Management Rules. - Coordination with EPR service provider to ensure the recycling process is as per the requirements. - Monthly MIS on EPR progress - Review of RWH compliance as per CGWA requirements - Implementation of Water Resource Management system - Resource conservation - Develop pollution control/prevention and recycling programmes (Air, Water, Noise, Soil and Waste) Key Performance indicators &amp; Management systems for Environment - Recognize emerging problems and proactively develop solutions - Identify, assess and reduce the organization's environmental risks and financial costs - Train staff at all levels in environmental issues and responsibilities - Develop and implement sale strategies for environmental goods and services - Consider audit and report on environmental performances of all the factories - Implementation and evaluation of Good Manufacturing Practices - Develop Objectives/Lead &amp; Lag indicators for H &amp; S.
