- Mentoring & coaching of Lean Six Sigma & Projects Manage multiple Six Sigma projects to achieve economic benefits and improvements Deployment, and improvement of Quality Management System I

- Leading Operating Model (LOM) deployment across Tender and execution processes Internal as well as external Audit programs established, rolled-out and implemented KAIZEN Events facilitation

- Delivery of all Quality KPIs , monitoring and efforts to reduce (Cost Avoidance)
