General Manager - Plant Quality control

- Our Client is looking for a General Manager / Sr General Manager Quality Control to lead the team of about thirty technical persons ranging from quality managers to quality operators spread over four to five plants.

- The selected person should be passionate about quality.

The person we are looking for will report to the CEO of our client and should :

- Be from the manufacturing industry, preferably from the automobile sector.

- Earlier experience of having worked in production areas would be an added advantage.

- Familiarity of Japanese quality systems would be preferable.

- Preferred age is between 40 - 45 years.
