General Manager - Plant Operations - Auto OEM

We have an urgent requirement for the position of Plant Head -Operations with one of our Auto OEM Client Chennai & Pune locations.

Note : Required Candidates from Engine, Powetrain,Transmission,Gear boxes, Axel Background.(Any one)

Please find below the required details :

Candidate would be responsible for overall Operations of the Plant. This would include Production compliance, Quality Management, Maintenance, Administration, Security, also liasioning with Customers. Responsible for plant production goals. This position will be designated as Manager under Factory Act.

Qualifications:

B.E. (Mech / Auto)

Experience: 15 - 20 years of experience, preferably in the Assembly of OEM, preferred is CKD Assembly of Vehicle / Engine / Axles. Fair knowledge of Compliance Management of various local Labour / Factory Acts, Taxation mainly Customs and Excise, though he need not to be a subject expert.

Age : 45-50 Years

Position Reports To : Executive Director - Operations

Team size of the Position : 10-15 (Direct Reports)
