Note:- The Incumbent will be responsible for Core Planning activities for Supply Chain & logistics.
- Should have experience of FMCG
- Planning Supply chain, Distribution, logistic, inventory, production, dispatch, and transportation
- Managing logistics, inventory management, distribution, and warehousing operational activities (daily dispatch and delivery, inbound/outbound) of all production units and warehouses across the country and drives the continuous improvements.
- Production Planning and managing daily dispatch of stock from Production units to all Depots and SS at Pan India level.
- Negotiating and finalizing freight rates with various transports /service providers for further process of agreement.
- Analyzing Forecasting and finalizing indents for further dispatch the stock to Depots as per demand planning/Sales Trend in discussion with respective regions.
- Annual Budget planning. Monitoring and analyzing monthly freight cost and take necessary action to reduce the cost and improve the service level
- Checking and processing bills of transporters/service providers for payment.
- Implement a process to control FIFO and replenishment process to improve inventory control.
- Monitoring and ensuring timely process the claims of damage & expiry stock and disposal of market return stock.
- Prepare and review the monthly stock aging report and take corrective action to reduce stock aging in discussion with concern team.
