General Manager - Planning - Architecture

Current opening for GM Planning role from Architecture, Consulting, Real Estate and Design Firms background.

Designation : GM Planning

Qualification : B.Arch / M.Arch (Master Planning)

CTC : CTC will not be a constraint for the right candidates.

Job Profile :

- Responsible for overall Master Planning.

- Responsible for data collection, data analysis, on site documentation, recommendations, and Generating a design brief.

- Manage the master planning design process, including the preparation of layout plans, transportation networks, public spaces, design guidelines, and landscaping plans and urban design guidelines

- Lead the coordination between infrastructure consultants, LIasion consultants, sustainability consultants, etc.

- Will manage team.

Experience :

- Candidate should have 18-25 years of relevant experience in Master planning of Large Township Projects etc from India/ International Architecture ,Design, Consulting or Real Estate companies.

- Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.
