General Manager - Placements - IT/Non IT/BFSI Segment

Heading the Placement department, this position will be part of the team which interacts with industry to get students who have completed various courses in Skill development placed in IT/ Non IT and BFSI segments.

Candidates with at least 8 years in Placements, Marketing, Industrial staffing services with good industry contact across the above mentioned locations. We are looking for candidates from premium B- Schools. Who has an exposure in BFSI / IT space / Retail / Manufacturing and other industries. This position will have a team to manage the Placement Process and coordination

1. Conduct campus placements of all our students of Govt projects participating in the PMKVY Skill Development Projects

2. Develop a strong database of relationship with HR Heads of top companies for placement of students successfully completing the skill development course.

3. Manage the end to end logistics of the placement process from, test administration, interview and GD process right until the offer management.

4. Conduct the placement promotion activities in training centre's through industry talks, guest lectures, company presentations, interactions with student etc.

5. Achieve a minimum placement target for students enrolled across different programs.
