In this role, you will be responsible for leading the business unit. You are encouraged to drive team performance, ensuring daily service level metrics are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy, providing mentorship and development to your direct reports and meeting defined quality, customer experience and efficiency requirements.

In addition to responsibilities listed above, this position will also:

- Overall accountable to all internal and external stakeholders for specific engagement under him/her

- Managing claim personnel to include hiring, training, performance assessment, planning and delegation of workload, coaching and motivating to improve quality and quantity of work performed.

- Devise approach to solving complex problems Exhibit intellectual leadership to the problem-solving effort.

- Ensure deep understanding of the practice and portfolio objectives and drive the strategy for the portfolio assigned.

- Provide regular portfolio status updates and track KPI's/ Metrics related to all project tasks assigned.

- Drive transformation projects from operations, digital asset implementation, standard methodologies' framework, case studies, benchmarking for making processes more efficient and effective

- Effectively engage with customers to understand and address customer pain points

- Provide direction and mentorship to the operations team for delivery of goals, promote a learning culture and build a solid team.

- Align to customer goals and deliver on commitments consistently

- Foresee risks, be proactive and predictive while developing mitigation plans

- Build impactful customer relationship; improve Net Promoter Score. maintain existing book of business, and drive revenue growth.

Mandatory Capabilities/Skills /Years of Experience:

- Minimum of 15 years of experience within the relevant domain and skill

- Minimum 10 years experience managing operations, transformations, RFIs, RFPs, P&L, process improvement in P&C Domain

- P&C Domain, preferably a claims expert, who has extensive exposure to managing large teams.

- Ability to define projects, execute within timelines and with multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and to budget.

- P&C Domain expert, who has extensive exposure to working with Solutions team and has owned end-to-end RFP/ RFI response process for Insurance (Property and Casualty)

- Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment

- Experience of handling new transitions, phasing from strategic assessment till operations set up with zero surprise delivery

- Develop contingency strategies and plans for staffing changes. Manages FTE's levels based on budget requirements & direction provided.
