Mandatory Requirements:
- 18+ years' experience in the industry, out of which at-least 4 years' experience as a Unit Lead.
- Extensive experience in US Healthcare with 10+ years as a Leader in Payer Operations with relevant experience and exposure in Payment Integrity/ Benefit administration/ Rework/ Payment Recovery/ Cost Containment.
- Managed a large and Complex Delivery Team
- Strong P&L Management experience
- Upstream and Downstream Payment Integrity LOB management experience
- Client facing experience
- Proven participation on Improvements Project
- Excellent in communication and collaboration skills
- Strong metric based operational experience
