To add value to organization by driving best competitive cost of fabric conversion to garment besides keeping quality standard of the brand.  Education: NIFT degree/ Textile Engineering  Age and Experience: Candidate must be from retail firm, not from Export House and must have  - Minimum 8-10 years - experience in garment industry.  - Should have handled set of team of supervisors, floor in charges and also managerial level.  - A must target achiever, goal oriented and strong in both analytical and technical detailing.  Job Specific:   Job Responsibilities:-   - In depth knowledge of garment stitching process  - In depth knowledge of costing of garment   - Understanding of production planning n control  - Understanding of capacity planning of garment unit   - Vendor capacity allocation   - Achieving daily target production by team down the line   - Delivery of weekly/monthly target from inhouse n outhouse vendors  - Knowhow of annual budgeting - numbers n value   - Understanding of PCD trackers n its deliverable n other garment related deliverables   - Understanding of TRIMS
