General Manager - Organization Development Purpose of the role : Reporting to the SVP HR - Head of Talent, Reward and OD CoEs, the GM Organization Development has the responsibility of driving all the aspects of OD, Performance Management, Talent Management related initiatives across the organization. Experience : - Post graduate degree in Management (or equivalent) - 10 years HR experience with at least 5 years in areas of Performance Management, Talent Management (experience must be at corporate level in CoE and not as HRBP) - Experience in companies regarded highly for their advanced talent programs - Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders across multiple locations - Experience in managing teams - Experience working with senior leadership like BU heads and HRBP heads. Desirable : - MBA from premier b school - Some experience in ITeS/BPM industry
