Reports To: Chief Executive Officer		  Job Purpose:  The job holder is responsible to coordinate and oversee the different areas which form the park operation to guarantee its correct functioning  Key Accountabilities:  Budget and Income Return:  - Contribute to the park income return by coordinating with commercial and marketing areas, the compliance of the ticket sales and points of sales budget with costs and expenses cost  - Comply with the established income return of the different Food & Beverages and Souvenirs, points of sales via the correct costs, expenses and inventory administration  - Participate with Finances in the sales budget elaboration, which will be approved by the COO and CFO  - Review the results statements monthly with the park Operations Managers to oversee their indicators and advances versus the budget  Commercial and Marketing:  - Participate in strategy development with the Commercial area, Marketing and Operations for the launching of promotional campaigns  - Verify compliance with image, dynamics development and income sufficiency of the establishments according to the agreements in the commercial partners contract  - Coordinate the support logistics for compliance with sales commitments and promotions with the Sales area  Operations:  - Guarantee that the service offered complies with 100% in regards to schedules, establishments, dynamics, raw materials, security, visitor entrance and migration through the coordination of the different operative managements  - Maintain coordination with the Income area to guarantee the correct administration of the park economical resources as well as their execution inside the established budgets  - Coordinate with Purchases, Systems and Maintenance in such a way that the operation support is guaranteed opportunely  - Oversee park operation to guarantee the service offered to visitors complies with established standards  - Guarantee that the preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out, overseeing it by daily reviewing a functionality and operations check list  - Ensure all security systems (alarms, antennae, smoke detectors, closed television circuit, etc) function optimally by daily reviewing the corresponding check list  Park Administration:  - Ensure the work force the park operates with is at an acceptable occupation percentage, based on the historical seasonal rotation behaviour and the season workforces established  - Maintain coordination with Human Resources to generate Recruitment and Selection strategies which will guarantee the talent attraction and retention necessary for park operation as well as control rotation and absenteeism  - Define objections for each area and provide follow up to their compliance  - Evaluate the Park Managers performance and their coordination with their own work teams to guarantee objective achievement  - Define and provide follow up to the yearly and monthly training programs   - Provide daily follow up to the check list and insist on the weekly revision of operation problems, complaints and suggestions as well as expense application  - Monitor the working climate and provide the Managers with coaching to guarantee adequate personnel treatment  - Provide support to corporate project definition to be added to the park in order to guarantee feasibility and objective achievement  - Define and implement the customer service policies as well as the indicator analysis and strategy generation to maintain an optimal customer satisfaction level  - Verify the realization and update of official procedures and documentation  - Identify and detect areas of opportunity in the park administration & operation, emitting a diagnosis and suggesting a corrective & continual improvement implementation strategy  - Scrutinize the official compliance of the internal security and safety program of the corresponding federal or municipal entity  Job Context:  - The job holder oversees all the operative managements respect the internal control system  Qualifications, Experience & Skills:  Qualification:  - Masters in Business Administration  Experience:  - Minimum 10 years’ experience in an operations for a Large Theme Park  - Multidisciplinary experience: Human Resources, Administration, Operations management  - Participation in educational forums and committees (desirable)  Skills:  - Financial Analyses and budget control  - Management and coordination of management groups and interdisciplinary teams  - Implementation of service quality programs  - Excellent communication skills  - Demonstrates superior training and presentation skills  - Dependable  - Professional and approachable  - Proficient in Leadership skills  - Understands organisational culture by being resourceful and innovative
