General Manager - Operations - Real Estate

We are looking at GM - Operations for a leading client into Real Estate Business.

Qualifications: Graduate Degree in Civil Engg.

Additional:

- Masters in business administration (desirable)

Experience:

- Should have worked extensively 15 to 20 years in Real Estate Development Contracting environment EPC, Contracting company.

- Strong Technical Base in either Buildings, Hotels, Residential and Commercial, Industrial and or Infrastructural Projects

- Should have led a team of Professionals as well as handled Skilled Labor

- Strong knowledge of Organizational Structure

- Preferably spent a stint in an ISO certified MNC Contracting / Consulting company - 5 years.

- Should have faced tough client and cash situations.
