A leading process manufacturing company in East Africa region requires a General Manager to manage its entire operations. The role reports currently to the CEO and shall transit into that role in the next 1-3 years. Role carries the following key responsibilities -&nbsp; - P&amp;L Management, Plant Management, Financial Management, Capex and Building Organisation capabilities. Candidate Profile -&nbsp; - Africa experience is a material plus. - Ideally be between 35 to 45 years of age. - Engineering graduate with a post graduate degree/diploma in business management from a leading business school with similar experience in overall management. - Alternatively a CA with 10 years of experience in any continuous manufacturing industry out of which 3 years should be in a senior management position of a similar nature. - Should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be a team player, capable of handling multiple projects, good listener; self motivated, and take ownership for timely work completion and able to motivate his team.
