Key Role: - Ensure overall staffing and develop competencies in employees, ensure smooth ramp-up of production and develop systems for continuous improvement and lead operations &amp; marketing to develop AAPMP brand - Experience Required :10 to 20 years in auto set up with responsibility of delivering P&amp;L (should be in clutch after market) - Qualification Required : Bachelor of Engineering, MBA in Marketing (any certification like PMP is a Plus) - Managed day- to-day operation of line overseeing shifts of Production Encouraging, identifying and developing best practice strategy - Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and set priorities.Ability to manage operations within budgetary constraints- Knowledge of budgeting processes and an awareness of profit and loss concepts. - Exceptional problem solving skills.- Superb organizational and administrative skills - Can work within an ambiguous and fast-moving environment - Producing Operations manuals which define how the business is to be run.Implementing quality management &nbsp;- Clearly communicating instructions and information to staff. The candidate should be fluent in English and should provide necessary proof of work experience in Automotive Clutch after market industry. The general manager should be trustworthy and willing to work with the company for long term (minimum 5-8 years) and should take up the responsibility to smoothen the operations and deliver the P&amp;L for the business.
