General Manager - Operations - Plastic Recycling Industry

Location : Navi Mumbai

A leader with a proven track record of delivering volume and cost targets in manufacturing setups.

- A leader who can hire, manage and build teams by developing internal talent and attracting external experts and business partners.

- Owns and manages production operations with continuous process improvements.

- Experience in dealing with the Indian Legal ecosystem to ensure compliance with local regulations and business operations laws.

- Provides accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the units.

- Motivates and encourages employees at all levels as one of the key leaders in the company, including but not limited to professional staff, management level employees, and executive leadership team members.

Education & Experience:

- Minimum 15 years of experience with a successful track record in managing and expanding process-based companies with a lot of human intervention

Key Responsibility Areas:

- To oversee the operations of about 25 plastic recycling plants (eventually) on a pan-India basis.

- Build synergy for raw material supply and product sales among the plants (intra-company material management).A leader with a proven track record of delivering volume and cost targets in manufacturing setups.
