General Manager Operations - Media Services

This role requires a unique blend of talent, leadership and attention to detail. We are looking at someone who is comfortable being both creative and analytical. You need to have an entrepreneurial mindset and an urgency to execute ideas.

Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to) :

- Work closely with senior business stakeholders to deliver on-cost, turnaround time, quality and service delivery

- Improve and automate data management and reporting as an endeavour to build efficiencies and drive continuous improvement within the guard rails of cost, quality, reliability & customer experience

- Drive continuous learning and process improvement culture change through best practice sharing, vocal advocacy and visible hands-on leadership

- Build and implement SOPs to manage workflow and day to day operations

- Ensure adherence to the SLAs as informed to the customer and work towards continuous improvement for serving all customers within the stated service delivery times across the globe

- Maintain operational excellence and lead a team of operations managers

Relevant Background :

Qualification & Experience :

- MBA from a top business school with at least 10 years work experience.

- Major in IT / computer science will be a plus

- Experience in Broadcast/OTT/media operations
