One of The leading Startup is looking for Young Leaders to Expand Their Business in Different Cities.

Position : GM operations

Location : 2-5 Years

Qualification : MBA From Tier 1 Institutes

Responsibilities : This Person will be responsible for developing and growth of the business in one of the major cities in India.

- Manage deployment and quality of service providers

- Service provider on-boarding, training and quality control

- Manage relationships with existing service providers and consumers

- Manage local regulatory concerns

- Creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns

- Working with the marketing team to generate customer requests in that category

- Continue to grow revenues and on board customers

- 2+ years of consulting, marketing or operations management experience

- Strong analytical skills and a data driven decision making mentality

- Demonstrated leadership of teams and projects

- Ability to influence and lead both internal teams and our service professionals
