Implement and manage operational plans. - Responsible to make a plan in the development of Key Skills and Competencies for the teams - Production - Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity Education and Experience : - BE/ B.Tech full time with 10-17 yrs of experience in a large international company. - Battery Industry relevant production experience prefer - Knowledge of India laws, regulations and policy - Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management - Knowledge of human resource principles and practices Key Skills and Competencies : - Citical thinking and problem solving skills - Planning and organizing - Decision-making - Communication skills - Team work
