Site Location

Objective: Responsible for P&L, operations, growth, compliance, and overall site operations to ensure business continuity. Prepare, communicate, and monitor the annual budget for the site(s)

Key Accountability:

1. Prepare, communicate and monitor the annual budget for the site(s) Assigned Planning, resource utilization & workforce management at the site.

2. Implement cost-saving measures to substantially reduce person- days, production costs, raw materials, and energy consumption,

3. Establish and maintain liaison with external professional, business financial, and governmental bodies relevant to the operations. Stakeholder management, including MPPCB, CPCB & MOEF

4-. mplement safety, health, and environment ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHAS 18001 (IMS).

5. Maintain & Monitor project MIS

6. Review, update and monitor the risk register for the site(s).

Competencies:

Domain- Hazardous Waste Management. Air Water, Land Pollution Act

Functional- Lean/Six Sigma, budgeting employee engagement, sales assigned

Technical- Incineration, Boilers, Effluent treatment, Landfills, stabilization, MEP, ATFD

Leadership- Building winning teams and tolerance to ambiguity

Qualification & Experience:

- BE/B.Tech/Post Graduation With 12-20 years of experience in shopfloor operations, marketing.

- QA/QC planning & production in the chemical process/cement/ pesticide/ pharma/ paint/ petroleum/ hazardous waste management industries.
