EasyFix is looking out for General Manager - Operations.

- This role is responsible will be to strengthen backend operations for delivering best customer experience in the industry. Work in sync with the values and goal of the company to become India's best handymen service provider.

- Manage and maintain satisfaction score for all stakeholders along with the equilibrium of Supply and Demand. Expertise in understanding blue collared industry, after sale service operations, franchisee network development, servicemen on-boarding and field manpower management.

- The position will be working towards launching operations at our very early stage and will be expected to work with people at all levels in the hierarchy. As a core responsibility, she/he will be single point of escalated escalations.

- The growth of the candidate in the company will depend upon his ability and success in taking corrective actions and initiatives. He/She will be expected to prepare a great team, train and retain each team member.
