Job description

Role & Responsibilities : General Manager (Liquid Transport Operations)

Responsibilities:

1. Receiving /collecting orders from 3rd parties.

2. Planning, scheduling & executing of Transport activities.

3. Daily basis interaction with Transport team.

4. Tracking/Planning & executing of Orders of vehicles.

5. Communicate with concern person/authority at particular location.

6. Supervising on all transport activities.

7. Responsible for Business Development / generate new clients/Negotiate with Clients/ Preparing tenders and renewal of tenders etc.

8. Training & Development: - Give training to staff/Drivers on regular basis with coordination of EHS & HR Dept. about Environment, health and safety & Road safety, also will be responsible for evaluation about given training.

9. Responsible for Customer Complaints.

10. Responsible for implementation & improvement in Transport servicing with following safety standards.

11. Responsible for preparing ISO & RTO documentation on idle time.

12. Supervising on Pre- Maintenance of vehicles.

13. Co-ordination with Billing Dept./ Accounts Dept./HR. Dept.

14. Responsible for Liasoining & legal statutory compliances under Transport activities.

15. Responsible for continues follow up with Insurance company for Mediclaim & Motor insurance claim while accidents.

16. Responsible for preparing budget of forecasting expenses for new route.

17. Experience in Oil & Gas transportation will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidates :

- Any Candidate having more that 5+ Years in Transport Operations (Specially Oil & Liquid & Chemicals) is Preferred.

- Overall Knowledge & Work Experience in ISO Chemical Tanks Transportation.

- Transport Business Development (Oils & Liquid Transport)

- Bulk Oils & Liquid Sales & Marketing.
