General Manager - Offshore Delivery Center - Software Product Firm

Our client is a growing innovative technology product and services company based in the the Bay Area, USA.

- They are in an aggressive growth ode.

- They are looking for an individual to head the operations of their offshore services unit being set up in India.

- The center will provide services in product development, services and in-house BPO services.

- Our client is looking for a professional with experience in a similar role either in technology or BPO or both. The individual should be a leader and a motivator

- Our client is a niche software product company catering to the Utilities Vertical. They are in the process of aggressive growth.

As part of their growth plan, our client is in the process of establishing an offshore delivery center in India. The center will provide delivery solutions in technology and other knowledge based needs of the company.

- Our client is looking for a professional with a proven experience in managing a delivery center or one who has adequate experience in delivery management and ready to take on a P & L role.

Our client offers an excellent salary with other upside.

The responsibilities will include :

- Heading Offshore delivery center

- Handling a team of FTEs working on various technologies and BPO services

- Managing P&L for complete IDU

- Key focus on EBIDTA, Resource Utilization, Productivity improvement across teams

- Manage IT Infrastructure

- Excellent Client communication skill
