Position: General Manager - Offline Partner Operations

Role: Heading the offline reseller (partner) channel and operation, leading geographical expansion, and building the team of cluster/area managers

Role Summary: Candidate would be responsible for

- Driving daily orders through new customer acquisitions by the partners and maximizing customer retention

- Designing, executing and scaling up the last mile operations through partners and third party logistics players (3PLs)

- Driving delivery coverage through partners or 3PLs in the serviceable regions and optimizing the same with cost analysis

- Providing excellent customer service with on time and in-full deliveries and minimizing complaints and returns

- Designing growth strategies for all segments of partner from - newly on boarded- to - elite-

- Handling a large base of partner set, analyzing churn and working on churn management

- Providing one of the best experiences to all the partners of Otipy and helping partners to grow as a sales channel

- Formulate and drive strategies aimed at cost optimization, growth, and achieving profitability

- Drive new processes and projects on continuous improvement aimed at improving delivery performance and reduced customer escalation

- Work closely with Product and Technology team to achieve overall operations- efficiency

- Leading end-to-end geographical expansion of the offline channel (Stores) from planning, roll outs to execution

Desired skills and experience:

- Overall 5+ years of experience in B2C/B2B e-commerce in last mile supply chain would be preferred

- Graduate/Post Graduate from Tier 1 or premier colleges

- Should have strong operations and process excellence background

- Ability to take complete end to end ownership of an initiative till execution; subsequently setting up processes for operating teams seamlessly take over and execute on a daily basis

- Ability to work with data, dive-deep, identify issues and make data driven decisions- analytical thinking is a must

- Sound communication skills and ability to manage the stakeholders and the team

- Program management skills, relationship management, interpersonal communication - ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams with an eye for detail

- Ability to multi-task and work independently and as a team

- High energy, Agility in planning and execution

- Quick turnaround time

- Learning attitude

- Persevering with a never give-up attitude
