General Manager - Mfg/Plant

Certified to meet ISO 9001:2000 standard and various Indian and International Standards. Dominant player in the domestic and international market with over 50 years of experience in fire protection and with a constant endeavor to provide best fire solution to customers.

Designation: General Manager –Manufacturing/ General Manager – Plant

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Should have good leadership, technical, project management and administrative skills to motivate and manage all factory personnel across various levels

- Must have 15-20 years of experience in running manufacturing operations. Experience in manufacture of fire equipments will be advantageous

Specific Responsibilities include:

- Responsible for all manufacturing operations and administration related to the managing of all operations at our Khopoli manufacturing facility

- Responsible also for efficiently managing the outsourced manufacturing of some of our products

- Managing manufacturing schedules to meet the growing market demand for our products

- Ensure our products meet preset quality norms

- Lead and direct R&D efforts to bring new products and innovations
