General Manager - MEP - Real Estate

- Strategic & tactical management of MEP including HVAC, plumbing etc & guide engineering consultancy team to detail concepts

- Design & implementation of complete MEP including sanitary, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical, HVAC for residential projects

- Use IS Codes, Building codes, Mechanical codes, Electrical codes, Plumbing codes to deal with MEP Consultants, Statutory authorities (Power & Water related), Contractors etc

- Coordinate with Consultants to finalise individual PHE, HVAC, Electrical & Fire Fighting Packages during detailed Engineering stage

- Review and approve cost, material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation

- Liaise with project, management, surveying, planning, safety, quality and commercial teams

- Provide technical inputs during tendering & pre-qualification of MEP subcontractor packages
