As a General Manager - Marketing, You will be overseeing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses digital marketing, content marketing, traditional marketing, and marketing automation.
What you need to do:
Digital Marketing:
- Managing a small inhouse team and the marketing agency relationships
- Developing digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, traffic, and lead generation.
- Conceptualizing performance marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and display advertising, to optimize ROI.
- Utilizing data-driven insights to continuously improve and optimize digital marketing spends.
Content Marketing:
- Leading content marketing initiatives, including the creation of success stories, case studies, and
engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Developing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure consistent messaging across various platforms.
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
Social Media Management:
- Building and managing the brand presence on social media platforms, creating engaging and
shareable content.
- Monitoring social media trends and industry news to identify opportunities for brand promotion.
- Driving community engagement
Branding & PR:
- Overseeing public relations efforts, including press releases, media relations, and reputation
management.
- Planning and executing events, activations, and campaigns in various centers to enhance brand
visibility.
Marketing Automation:
- Implementing and optimizing marketing automation tools to streamline lead generation, capture,
nurturing, and conversion processes.
- Analyzing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing automation campaigns.
- Working closely with the sales team to align marketing automation efforts with overall business goals.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar marketing leadership role, ideally in the real estate or services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, traditional marketing, and marketing
automation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across
departments.
- Familiarity with the latest marketing technologies and trends.
