Job Description
- Complete ownership of P&L of special projects in Sales/Marketing.
- Drive large complex projects from its conceptualisation to implementation, involving all relevant stakeholders and parties.
- Devise product strategy, branding and digital marketing strategy for special projects with the help of corporate marketing team.
- Assist the CMO to drive long term marketing projects to build the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing process in the domain of branding and digital space.
- Map the Market potential, depth and reach of existing channels.
- Deliver the result to a defined standard of quality within the costs and time constraints that are capable of achieving the anticipated benefits.
- Manage the level or risk in the project and implement effective change control
- Deliver management of project within organisation's policies, processes and best practice.
- Implement control measures and regular reporting and take or recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Experience in project Management would be added advantage.
- Good exposure of digital marketing and branding for min of 5 years.
- Ability of work in complex situations
- Post graduate in marketing of equivalent specialisation
- A strong team player with highest level of maturity to work with cross functional teams including medical, customer experience, finance, operations and primarily marketing teams.
