Reports To : AVP - Marketing

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification : MBA/PG

Work Experience : 6 to 8 years

Job Purpose (how the job contributes to the overall organizational objectives):

Our loyalty program is at the core of our customer engagement strategy which aim at building positive word of mouth customer experiences and develop a referral system. Lodha's loyalty initiative is the first ever privilege club in the real estate industry.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Accountabilities and Activities:

- Your role would include handling the end to end responsibility of a brand/s, identifying marketing and sales issues, conducting analyses, putting together conclusions and effectively deploying marketing plans and programs.

- You would be mandated to contribute to individual or team projects and work closely with associates with key functions within the organization and outside. You would be regularly involved in interactions with the senior/top management

- To create and manage the loyalty portfolio for the business by understanding present and future business opportunities with effective marketing tools

- To create and deploy Marketing strategies at Loyalty portfolio, segment and Company levels (as required) so as to achieve desired business results.

- To work with our direct marketing agency(ies) to create relevant marketing plan which is in-line with the proposed positioning

- Ideating, developing and implementing online interface for the customer relationship management.

- To work out appropriate media strategy to meet brand objectives as also to deliver required efficiencies in terms of new launches, referral ladder improvisation, events, alliances and more.

- To monitor and manage marketing budgets for allocated brands

- To create and manage the loyalty portfolio for the business by understanding present and future business opportunities with effective marketing tools

- To create and deploy Marketing strategies at Loyalty portfolio, segment and Company levels (as required) so as to achieve desired business results.

Dimension / Scope

- Size of Brand - Ability to handle brands whose size is much larger than turnover of many companies: Smallest at Rs 500 Cr and largest at Rs 15K Cr with 35 such brands

- Comprehensiveness - Handling the entire lifecycle of the brand - from conception to delivery and opportunity to deliver high impact

- Variety - Largest portfolio of brands spread across the entire RE spectrum which allows to imbue learning across customer segments

- Closeness - to the customer and the ability to immediately see the marketing impact on customer and business

- Competitive compensation with leveraged performance based variable compensation and opportunity for wealth sharing

- Innovations and entrepreneurship

- Internal Interactions: Sales & Customer Care departments

- External Interactions: Marketing & Advertising Agencies

Competencies:

- Project management skills, must be able to manage multiple programs at one time.

- Outstanding relationship building skills with effective oral and written communication skills

- Process development skills, ability to keep work flowing, minimizing problems or delays.
