General Manager - Marketing - Logistics/SaaS/Tech

Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and enhancing customer engagement.

2. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, email marketing, social media marketing, content creation, SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising campaigns.

3. Manage and strengthen the company's brand identity and positioning in the market. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes and utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

4. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

5. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

6. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including traditional and digital media. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

7. Oversee public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and event management.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and initiatives.

9. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

2. Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.

3. 2-3 years of strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team.
