- To provide Strategic direction & plan to strengthen brand. - Planning and execution of national promotions ad events to achieve the targeted footfalls. - Understanding the business requirements and then translating them into strategic marketing initiatives for the company. - Developing and executing the annual marketing calendar for the brand (at the national and regional level). - Analysis of region wise and store wise requirements and strategies to improve performance at a store level. - Identifying new opportunities in media and leveraging them to deliver better visibility for the organization. - Create an annual PR plan for the brand and drive the same with association with the corporate communication manager. - Liaise closely with the advertising media and event agencies to ensure effective communication for the brand. - Achieve targeted budgets. - Efficient and effective management and motivation of team members. - MIS management and ensuring that the annual marketing plans (national and regional) are executed within budgets.
