Our client is an Indian MNC, having presence in multiple other countries. Client is a diversified FMCG Conglomerate with turnover of 3000 CR.

We are looking for a GM Marketing to head the Marketing function. This role reports into Business Head.

Please note the following hiring criteria before applying.

Education - MBA is a Must

Industry - FMCG,

Work Exp - 12Yrs+

CTC - 40 to 45 Lakh Fixed

It's an Alternative Saturday a week working company. Base Location - Noida

Office is 100% Operational. We are not looking at candidates asking for WFH.

Brief of role:

This is a No 1 position to Head Marketing function. With the 5 to 6 DR's, position has to establish the brand as most preferred by communicating brand high points through marketing mix tools for seamless brand delivery at all touch points. End to end Brand Plan, Brand Strategy, leveraging season launch campaigns, Marketing Campaign, and handling Marketing Budget.

Brand Marketing & Strategy:

- Online / Offline Marketing - ATL, BTL, PR, Communication.

- Develop brand vision, while anticipating mid- to long-term changes by drawing on brand, consumer and key markets understanding.

- Executing Brand strategy with adherence to Brand Architecture and principles for short as well as long term.

- Developing creative and media strategy for both ATL (TV, Print & Digital) and BTL Marketing, go- to-market planning, and consumer engagement.

- Lead communication strategy for marketing initiatives and social media campaigns.

- Deliver on Brand Health KPI's & Market Share.

Digital Marketing:

- Build marketing campaigns with effective storytelling, creatives and communication across our products and markets, Manage and continuously improve campaigns over all digital channels (Such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other Social Media engines) to drive down acquisition cost and expand reach.

- Build Brand disproportionately fast versus competition.

Brand Plan:

- Build consumer understanding through brand perception studies and consumer profiling.

- Continuously monitor competition activities in media and on ground to modify strategies accordingly.

- Share the ATL calendar with the regional / creative agency / media / PR and digital team on monthly basis for alignment and unified delivery of key messages.

- Prepare creative, media, and PR briefs to establish alignment to the brand plan.

- Participate in development of marketing strategies and brand building exercises to increase market share.

- Work with digital marketing team on use of new age communication techniques and develop influencer marketing plans for season launches.

- Monitor competition (in the market/media space through the agency and the internal team) on quarterly basis and share the actionable with the regional and HO team.

- Leveraging season launch campaigns and achievement of business objective.

- Detailed planning with 360-degree approach for new product launch.

- Develop extensive annual PR calendar for season launches.

Marketing campaigns:

- Create a 360-degree campaign to leverage communication at all touch points.

- Effective implementation of Media and PR.

- Spot opportunities to leverage brand attributes through media and PR.

- Constantly monitor the effectiveness of various media vehicles deployed.

- Identify the media vehicles for delivering a campaign media objective (reach, frequency and ROI).

- Determine media mix, effectively leverage media and make a complete media plan for a season.

- Marketing budget, reporting and vendor management.

- Track expenses of marketing activities on monthly and annual basis with zero variance policy.

- Reduce the cost through effective planning and execution.

- Create vendor empanelment process.

- Ensure qualitative execution by working with approved and qualified vendor.

Skill and Competencies:

- Proven working experience as a new age marketer handling significant advertising budgets.

- Strong conceptual understanding of Brand strategy culminating into clear creative and communication strategy.

- Deep Understanding of digital landscape and platforms, media, and ecommerce.

- Knowledge of growth marketing strategies, performance marketing.

- Ability to work in cross functional teams in a highly dynamic & fast paced work environment.

- Customer focus with service orientation and strong business acumen.

- Strong on team handling & leadership.
