- Own the Category P&L & to drive profitable growth for the Category.

- Develop category & brand strategy.

- Independently manage marketing operations for the assigned category/set of categories.

- Work along a cross functional team to deliver on innovations within the category.

- Lead a team of Marketing Managers.

Desired Profile:

- Premier Institute MBA with 7-10 years of experience in FMCG marketing.

- Must have strong exposure to category management.

- Prefer local market and language expertise.
