Roles & Responsibilities :
- Drive brand marketing, market share, budgets, ROI etc leading to brand P&L
- Responsible for conceptualization, brand strategy & communications, collaterals, evaluation of different strategies etc
- Work closely with different teams for trade marketing/promotions, insights, digital marketing, analytics, corporate & brand communication etc
- To ensure all brand strategies are mapped properly & executed efficiently
- Undertake research & decide on high potential category areas to enter into
- Solid understanding of consumers, market & competition
- Ensure standard quality & delivery of brand message, value & experience
- Oversee branding artwork & packaging designs
