- Strategically leveraging market opportunities through strengthening of brands, ensuring P&L of each of the brands and categories to attain sustainable business growth

- Continuous tracking of competition / market / industry, consumer behavior, global market trends to drive appropriate market positioning and enhance Market Share.

- Conceptualization and execution of business strategies/plans to leverage market potential through appropriate market positioning in existing markets and developing new markets.

- P&L responsibility across Brands, Categories and Product lines in a sustainable manner.

- Consistently aligning emerging distribution channels for product positioning.

- Continuously building up on the brand recall.

- Collaboration with R&D and Operations teams for timely development of new products, production and their availability respectively.

- Adherence to Business Processes and Compliances of statutory provisions

- Promptly responds to the dynamic nature of the market thru relevant course correction measures to help achievement of targets

- Develops specific, contemporary and impactful media strategies for the Business

- Aligns Media, Trade, Promos (sales and consumer) with the accountability of the delivering the organization's P&L.

- 12 - 15 Years of Experience in a leading FMCG company with an excellent track of achievement.

- Should have been leading a Marketing Function at least in a Medium size Orgn, profitably managing reputed Brands and running effective marketing campaigns
