JOB SUMMARY - PURPOSE
The purpose of the role is to lead the India digital transformation strategy for Marketing and E-Commerce. Develop & execute the India marketing plan for all company products with the Brand strategy. Lead the E-commerce business for company, build and grow this as a strong platform for all company products by working in close coordination with the e-commerce platform owners and company Sales leadership and create differentiated strategy/plan for range of new specialty products which are to be launched in India.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES :
- Develop & execute marketing plan/Budget for all products in line with India Business plans, including measures to evaluate the efficacy of marketing activities.
- Lead the E-commerce business for company, build and grow this as a strong platform for all Company products by working in close coordination with the e-commerce platform owners and Company Sales leadership
- Develop a differentiated strategy and plan for range of new specialty products which are to be launched in India
- Work on the positioning strategy of company and the products focusing on company brand equity and brand relevance
EXPERIENCE YEARS & TYPE 10 -12 Years of Relevant
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES :
- E commerce and Digital marketing experience required
- Experience of new product launch
- Good communication and presentation skills
- High on energy willing to travel extensively to sales locations and work at the ground level with sales team Organized, self-motivated and self directed
