Our Client : A Leading Indian Business Conglomerate venturing into pharma/healthcare.
Job Purpose : Setting up the integrated strategic marketing plan and launch new products in the consumer health and wellness space.
Major KRA's :
- Design the Integrated Marketing Strategy, 360 plan for the new product portfolio launch - ATL/ BTL/ Digital & New Media
- Design Strategic Imperatives for the New Product Portfolio including the Variant Positioning, Brand Architecture, Market Shaping Initiatives, Consumer Activation & Trade Strategy
- Design the complete Branding / Packaging Strategy for the New Product Portfolio based on market need gaps based on Consumer Research & Insights
- Suggest 5 Year Brand Evolution through Lifecycle Management Initiatives & Campaigns for New Products
- Design a Business Model & a 360 degree Go-To-Market Strategy for New Product Portfolio launch in India
Ideal Candidate : 7-12 years of experience of handling product launch, marketing in consumer products.
