General Manager - Marketing Communications  Job Purpose :  Driving Brand Strategy, mining consumer insights, leading all marketing communications efforts and being the evangelist for experiential marketing  Budget Handled / Responsible for Number of People / Extent of Signature Authority :  - Around 25 crores  - 5 - 6 direct reports  Accountabilities :  1. Driving the manifestation of the Brand Strategy, Campaigns, Video and Visuals and creation / execution of marketing communications  2. Planning and buying Media for the Brand  3. Creating and executing all offer related communications  4. Reshaping demand - driving occupancy, mainly at the lower occupancy resorts  5. Supporting the FIT team with relevant communication plans to help drive sales and revenue  6. End to end conceptualization and implementation of In-Resort activities  7. Supporting the HFRP team with ideas, communication and event management for driving referral sales  8. Conceptualizing, driving and executing member engagement activities outside the resorts  9. Driving consumer insights through research for prospects and members  10. Leading all internal and external communications for the organization
