General Manager - Marketing & Communication

Job Responsibilities:

- Internal Communication - Develop and execute strategically aligned corporate communication for TeamLease Services Pvt Ltd which includes a wide spectrum of internal communication, messaging, employee engagement events, employee awareness campaigns through newsletters, mailers, and other collateral.

- Media and PR - Assist and support corporate PR activities and media relations for TeamLease.

- Executive Communications - provide communications support to senior executives

- Thought Leadership - Craft and coordinate thought leadership by the organization's spokespersons through various avenues including videos, print and online publications.

- Strategize and drive executive communication programs that positively influence cultural change across TeamLease and contribute to the creation of a competitive, professional services environment.

- Marketing Events - Coordinate participation, planning & implementation in industry forums, trade events, conferences, roadshows etc

- Create, manage & optimize (search engine optimization) content on corporate websites

- Branding - Drive creation of brand awareness through various programmes online as well as conventionally to achieve desired results

Desired Profile:

- 10 - 15 Years of Experience in Marketing and Communications Roles

- Proven Ability to lead a team

- Excellent Communication Skills - both oral and written
