- Planned events like - Show and Tell- at distributor locations aimed at an average of 60 top architects/ specifiers/ interior designers/ developers of the city

- New Product training programs for trade, developed PVI (Product Value Information) guides for the retail team

- Established new products in targeted parts of showroom footprint basis prospective showrooms, display contests, sales incentives & POS - posters, danglers, e-mailers & samples for architects

- Conducted retail audits such as - Mystery Shopper- activities to ensure adherence to market operating price (MOP) and regular upkeep of showrooms country
