General Manager - Marketing

Our client is a leading US Based firm, based in Gurgaon.

We are looking for a GM - Marketing for one of the Business verticals for them ( The largest and fastest growing ).

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible to develop strategy for product positioning, portfolio management

- New Product launches

- Pricing strategies

- Forecasting & Budgeting

- Market research, Market intelligence and brand tracking

- Develop and own Influencer and Retailer support programs

- Preparing and implementing marketing plans

- Responsible to develop marketing plans within the specified budget

- Responsible to allocate and manage segment promotional budgets to drive strategic priorities and market share growth

- Responsible to develop Tactical solutions to improve product sales & counter market forces

- Develop and implement advertising and sales promotion and communication strategies - primarily BTL

If you have, the following :

- MBA Degree with 11-14 years of experience in Sales and Marketing

- Have managed and developed strategy for product positioning, portfolio management, New Product launches, Pricing strategies, Forecasting & Budgeting, Market research, Market intelligence and brand tracking

- Developed and own Influencer and Retailer support programs

- Be willing to be based in Gurgaon

Preferred from a Distribution led company would be a preferred candidate.
