The incumbent must be Qualified CA with minimum 17 to 20 years of experience in Management Audit from core manufacturing industry only. Location: Kolkata Age Bracket : Around 40 to 45 yrs CTC: Approximately 35L to 45 L p.a KRA : - Manage all internal audit activities, co-ordinate assessments, and regulatory audit requirements to fulfil the purposes and responsibilities approved by the Senior management, Risk Management Committee and the Audit Committee of the Board.&nbsp; - Manage and review all test work, including the internal control environment and promoting continuous enhancements and improvement of processes, financial and operational controls, and make recommendations to mitigate risk and add value to the management. - Provide risk management and internal control leadership and support effective operating and designed controls, risk mitigation strategies and overall compliance with Companies policies and procedures - Work closely with the external auditors to ensure high-quality delivery and execution, review their scope &amp; coverage, monitor reports on regular basis and follow up on report closures and engage remediation action of identified issues through continuous follow-up. - Carryout surprise, however, continuous third party cross verification of process and procedures being followed in the Company.
