General Manager - Mall Operations

- Drive overall mall operations by managing the retailers, customers, outsourced agencies etc leading to increased footfalls & enhanced consumption

- Modify mall management strategy & implement processes related to parking, house-keeping, horticulture, pest control, facade cleaning & common areas

- Prepare & ensure adherence to annual budget for operations, security & engineering; review with the last annual cycle

- Complete leasing process by retailer, provide with Occupant's Manual related to store display, logistics, garbage, mall timings etc

- Monitoring food court operations for food & service quality, hygiene, sanitation

- Identify agencies, training needs, define service standards for House-keeping, Horticulture, pest control, engineering, fa- ade cleaning & ensure parking revenue maximization

- Liaise with local authorities & ensure that all permissions are in place

- Oversee the reward & recognition schemes for motivating outsourced staff within Housekeeping, Parking, Security & Engineering

- Sound Knowledge of Mall Management practices, maintain retailer relationship,
